Telefoon-IC is a service booking website designed for a device repair business in the Netherlands.
Customers can book repairs for phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and smart watches through a clear step-by-step flow. The website supports three languages (Arabic, English, Dutch) and is structured to scale as the business adds more services, devices, or locations.

Designed a scalable content model (ACF + JetEngine) to organize device categories and related repair services, allowing fast expansion without rebuilding templates.

Integrated Fluent Booking to support a clear, conversion-focused flow: device selection → service selection → appointment confirmation.
3) Smart Filtering for Faster Service Discovery
Used JetEngine + Smart Filters to help users quickly narrow down the right repair service based on the selected device type—reducing friction and improving UX.
4) Multilingual Implementation (Arabic / English / Dutch)
Implemented full multilingual support using WPML, maintaining a clean language structure and consistent dynamic templates across languages, including RTL compatibility for Arabic.

Designed the UI to minimize steps, keep key actions visible, and reduce distractions during booking—built for clarity and action.
6) SEO-Ready Dynamic Pages
Built dynamic service and device pages with a consistent structure, headings, and scalable templates—supporting a strong technical SEO foundation (even before content scaling).
